Rules of the European section.

1. Use of outside programs and Bugs

Use of Bugs, Viruses, BOTs or outside programs or taking advantage of any security flaws or errors in the game, are strictly prohibited. Any user resorting to any of these will be permanently banned from the site. If you have information about bugs, viruses or errors, please bring it to the notice of the Administrator immediately.

2. Spamming

Posting excessive or irrelevant messages in the public chat, advertising any product/service, over-advertising the Groups, etc, are forbidden. Do not post links to other websites in any place, other than in the special section provided in Forums.

3. Abuse/Hate messages

Use of abusive language anywhere in the game is forbidden. Users resorting to this could be banned from the site. Use of hatred messages against any particular group, religion, caste, gender, culture and/or country is strictly prohibited. Sexual and racist comments, and use of life threatening messages will not be tolerated anywhere in the site. Player names, descriptions and ship names should not contain any love, and these should not be insulting or abusive towards any particular player, group, race, religion, gender, culture and/or country.

4. Respect for game staff

Indecent behaviour, disrespect or threats towards the game staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any staff or employee has the right to punish any player, if they are abused or threatened.

5. Multiple Accounts

Having more than one account per user is strictly forbidden. If the administrator comes to know that a player has more than one account, then all the accounts including the main account may be banned.

6. Account Sharing

Sharing one's account with another player is strictly prohibited. To enter into or play using another person's account; or to allow any other person to login to your account and play, is forbidden. By doing so your account could be banned.

7. Inactive accounts

All inactive accounts may be suspended after 60 days.

8. Shared Computer

More than one player can share one computer; but it will be monitored that it is not a Multiple account.

9. Violation of game rules

If you are seen to violate the rules of the game, you can be a warned, your account can be blocked/ suspended, or your IP could be banned. If you are punished for not abiding by any of the rules of GameZer, then you can contact the game staff with a valid excuse and information validating your excuse. Staff can change your punishment or not, but are under no obligation to do so, whatsoever. It is not necessary for the staff to provide in-depth reasons or arguements to support any decision that they implement.

10. Rule amendments and updates

Any rule can be changed or updated any time without prior notice, since these rules are meant to keep the game fair and enjoyable. If you choose the game, it is your responsibility to be aware of the rules of the game and follow them all the time. If any rules are unclear, please contact the administrator. The staff are strict in implementing the rules of GameZer, and will not accept any excuse of not knowing the rules.
